i HATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why I work as customer service assistant as a general worker???!!!!

1. need to answer all the incomings call ( not relate with me, 100 calls just below 5 calls find me; what the hells i need to answer all?)
2. personal assistant to all colleague (because i need answer all the calls, once colleague not around, i need take message for them. somemore customer ask me what i know, even i answer my colleague not around. somoethings like i need to know every movement of my colleague, scold by customer...haha.what a stupid)
3. every colleague can ask me do anythings, paper work , report..etc (i not my task need to do?i am their personal assistant?they busy, i need to help them do?)
4. colleague on leave, i need follow up her job (everytime she on leave or MC, I must be scold by her customer because of transportation problem, docket or transaction problem, why i need follow her shit?)

I feel tired and hopeless on this job.

Keep working like this, afraid I cant stand on it.

Salary low, work as a cow...what a life like this??????
